Definitely recommended

Brownells USA Great Barrel 10/02/2018

Used this in a light weight battle rifle build, its a bull profile barrel that only weighs 2.3 pounds, as such, it IS amaazingly rigid, and accurate im getting half moa with military spec ball, HOWEVER it IS overgassed, use a heavy buffer

This barrel is absolutely Awesome! Not only does it shoot sub MOA with ball ammo, weighs a lot less than other barrels but does exactly as described by pulling heat away from the bore/chamber area. The outside heats quickly but cools just as fast, after 100 rounds of fast shooting groups were still under 2 MOA at 100 yards. To avoid any confusion, it IS DPMS pattern, NOT Armalite...
