  • Narrowed Half-Cock Notch: Helps prevent sear damage.
  • CNC-Machined Pin Holes: Ensures precise location for easy installation.
  • Lowered Strut Pin Hole: Reduces full-cock spring pressure.
  • Narrowed Spur: Minimizes slide drag for improved performance.
  • Commander-Style Opening: Larger than factory, reducing weight for faster fall and lock times.
  • Fully-Chamfered Edges: Eliminates sharp points to prevent abrasion to clothing and skin.
  • Heat Treated: Ensures super durability in rugged service.
  • Perfect Fit: All machined surfaces are finished and dimensionally precise for smooth functioning.

Installation: Gunsmith installation is required. The Perfection Sear is pre-fit to minimize hand work prior to installation. The primary angle is already cut; simply stone the correct relief angle and install.

  • Sear: 4340 tool steel, blued. Hardened to Rc 50.

Pin holes in sear and hammer were not square with working

surfaces.

Brownells USA Amazing Value for a "Trigger in a box" 23/12/2015

Picked up this set to replace some MIM parts in an SA, dropped off at the GS and a week later had a dream trigger. GS mentioned he only had to do some minor profiling to tweak the sear, the majority of the work is done by EB before it leaves the factory. Produced a 3.5# with stock weight springs on a SA LWOP. Very little take up, clean, crisp break, no OT... a pleasure to shoot.
