Definitely recommended

Nice 18/08/2016

Got these today, 3 day shipping. They are lighter than the product picture but not much, just a tad browner. Fit right and

the drab brown looks better than the old Springfield Armory

mil-spec reddish ones. They have the ribs and the drawing number on the back, I like. They're on a Auto-Ord GI I built

with an older receiver w/o the series 80 cuts and a new GI

slide. The receiver had a RR NM top end and Herret match

grips, and I wanted to just be able to swap the top end

and grips for a std. GI type gun. The new AO Gi slide has

no play at all after just breaking the groove edges, and these

grips complete the vibe. Good stuff.

Great Look, Fit and Value 11/08/2015

Was looking to give an early Parkerized Colt Model 1991A1 a more 'vintage' WWII Service Pistol appearance. The factory grips (checkered black rubber w/Colt logo in center) were excellent but just didn't have the look I wanted. I have it now. Also bought the 100-013-616WB Herretts Dark Walnut grips of the WWI 'Diamond' style. Exceptionally pleased with both sets. Can highly recommend either depending on your preference. At this cost it would be hard to beat the Hayes - really impressed!
