Definitely recommended

No hickups 08/01/2018

I have 3 of these mags and use them on a dedicated Kimber silver target built around a Caspian SS frame. As long as I use high speed plated long rifle ammo the functioning is 100%. This compares very favorable to a dedicated Colt conversion that I built on a blue Essex frame that functions about 85% with everything I've tried in it. The only down side is the failure to lock open on the last round like the Colt. That's a small price to pay for total reliability in my opinion. Accuracy of the Kimber is also miles ahead of the Colt floating chamber conversion.

Perfect for frame buildup 08/09/2010

I use my Kimber conversion on my Government .45 and on my LLama Mini Max .45. Works well on both.
I now have a frame built up for the Kimber conversion so I do not have to keep taking down my other pistols.
