The mandrels are sized .002 inch under bullet diameter for turning mandrels and .001 inch under bullet diameter for expander mandrels, ensuring tight tolerances for better consistency.
The 25 caliber (0.255") mandrel fits Sinclair's NT-4000 turning tool and large caliber mandrels (35 to 50 caliber) are compatible with the Large Caliber Expander Body and NT-5000 Turning Tool.
