The kit improves the action of Single Action Army frames by smoothing out roughness, reducing cocking effort, and lightening trigger pull without altering trigger/hammer notches.
It includes three stones (MF-414, MF-14, and HF-823) for different smoothing tasks, such as removing casting roughness and polishing, and is especially useful for 3rd generation Colts and clones.
The stones come in a padded plastic box with approximate dimensions provided for each stone to fit various parts of the gun.
