The 10" Stitched Muslin Wheel is used for initial cleaning of guns, removing old blue, dirt, and rust, and is more flexible than Soft Felt wheels.
Loose Muslin Wheels are used after each grit change to smooth out marks and prepare for the next finer grit, and for final finishing before bluing.
It is important to use multiple sections to match the motor width, never mix grit numbers on the same wheel, and mark each wheel with its grit number and rotation direction.
