Wilson Combat's 1911 Government Flat Wire Recoil Springs have a significantly extended service life, up to ten times longer than conventional coil springs.
These recoil springs enhance cycling and the overall operation of the firearm, and are designed to require a .250" diameter spring guide.
The springs come in various weights to suit different loads, including 24 lb for 10mm/460 Rowland, 20 lb for .45 ACP +P, 17 lb for .45 ACP Hardball, 15 lb for 38 Super +P or .45 ACP Target, and 13 lb for 9mm/.38 Super.
