Solid Sturdy Stand(13/02/2010)
The weight of this stand really helps to prevent your entire target tipping over in high wind without the use of anchor spikes. The anchor holes are convenient but hardly necessary due to it's hefty weight. The 1x2's fit a little looser than I would like but it's no big deal.
Simple, indestructable(02/09/2011)
I use this with spikes and it holds my target frame even in some pretty gusty winds. I take it to the range every trip
I carry it to the Range each time(20/06/2012)
This is a nice, stable, solid and well-finished product. My 1x2s are a tad loose but I made two simple wedges that keep the uprights stable. The weight of this cast iron stand is welcomed in my area where the winds kick up often. The shape and profile of the base make it a safe alternative to wood bases.
