The NECK TURNER PILOT is designed for use with Forster Case Trimmers to achieve concentric and uniform necks on 0.264" bullets.
It includes a carbide cutter, a hand fed cam for speed control, and a mechanical stop for length control, but requires separate outside neck turning pilots.
It is specifically made for 6.5mm or 264 Caliber with a pilot diameter of 0.2615 inches and is not compatible with Forster Hand Held Outside Neck Turning Tools.
