It includes a carbide cutter, a hand-fed cam for speed control, and a mechanical stop to control the cut length, but requires separate outside neck turning pilots for each caliber.
The pilots for this neck turning attachment are not compatible with the Forster Hand Held Outside Neck Turning Tool.
