It offers full integration with Spiritus Systems' Recovery Handle™ and has proprietary back panel support, but does not include the Recovery Handle™ itself.
The plate bag fits SAPI cut plates and other types within specified dimensions, and is part of the Spiritus Systems LV/119 Plate Carrier system requiring additional components for a complete setup.
