The EGW Mossberg MVP 7.62 HD Scope Bases are precision machined from extruded 7075 T6 aluminum, providing a sturdy one-piece Picatinny rail for scope mounting without the need for drilling or tapping.
These scope bases are compatible with Picatinny or Weaver rings, feature full-width cross-slots to MIL-STD 1913 specs, and are drilled to fit factory scope mount holes on Mossberg receivers.
The Heavy Duty model is .100" lower than the Lightweight version, helping to minimize weight and maintain optic alignment with the barrel centerline for improved accuracy.
