The EGW Howa 1500/Weatherby Vanguard Long Action HD Scope Base is a one-piece Picatinny rail that requires no drilling or tapping for installation.
Made from 7075 T6 aluminum, the base is precision machined to MIL-STD 1913 specs, ensuring compatibility with Picatinny or Weaver scope rings.
Designed to fit factory scope mount holes, it includes Torx screws and wrench, and is recommended to be installed with 20 inch lbs of torque and a drop of blue loctite.
