An Incredibly Powerful 5X Magnifier for Your Red Dot
In an effort to increase the effective use distance of dot-sighted carbines, many manufacturers developed 3X magnifiers to pair with today's red-dot optics. American Defense went even higher, though, enhancing RDS-equipped rifles through the use of its Flik5 5X Magnifier. Each American Defense Flik5 5X Magnifier is a fixed-power option designed to increase the effective sighting range of any red-dot or holographic sight. The magnifier includes an ambidextrous mount that allows users to quickly flip from 1X to 5X magnification. The mount is made from strong, lightweight titanium and can be had with a titanium quick-detach lever. One of the other highlights of the American Defense Flik5 5X Magnifier is the ability for the interface to provide three separate positions for mounting the optic. This allows shooters to meet different cheek-weld positions on the stock, as well as different eye-relief lengths. The magnifier comes with a 4mm and 8mm spacer that allows users to adapt the magnifier to red dots with low, co-witness and lower 1/3 co-witness mount heights.
