The mount adapter base fits rear sight dovetails on 1911s for easy installation of Burris Docter or similar red dot sights without slide modifications.
Includes an adjustable hex-head screw for secure dovetail locking and two cap screws for attaching the sight to the base.
Made from 7075 T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized black finish, compatible with Burris FastFire and Doctor sights but not with J-Point/Optima.
