The Copia magazine carriers are premium, duty-grade, injection-molded magazine carriers designed for hard-use, daily concealed carry. Their innovative cavity design and retention system allows them to be used ambidextrously with the double-stack magazines of nearly 100 different handgun models chambered in 9/40/357 Sig. They are available in singles or doubles, and have a body-hugging contour which is not only more comfortable than traditional magazine carriers; it is also more concealable. Shooters can also select between the standard tall body-style, which is compatible with all of Raven Concealments modular belt attachments, or short body-style which only works with their closed loops and QMS. Nice Quality, but Not for Left Side 18/09/2017
Purchased for use in IDPA (primary) and for seld defense carry (secondary use), as replacement for a different rigid plastic carrier I've been using. I'm a Right Hand shooter, and
for both self defense and competition I carry spare mags on my left side (bullets facing forward) and I carry Glock 19/23 products for both. Quality and materials the Raven Concealment Copia are top notch, truly. However, the retention feature, even with screws removed, provide too much retention, for my bullets facing forward carrying orientation. If you carry your mags on the left side, bullets facing rearward, this would probably work great for you. Looking at it, is had to do with the shape of the mag and the retention feature. I'd recommend this item, but would be clear on my opinion of its best use (RH side bullets forward or LH side bullets rearward).
