The PF-040 takedown pins are machined from 17-4 PH stainless steel, QPQ finished, and are 0.040 inches longer than standard pins, providing extra length for easier removal.
Designed with a minimalist approach, the pins feature a flat right side head with a chamfer and a dimpled left side head, allowing the use of bullet tips for installation on tight receivers.
These pins are specifically made for AR-15/M16 platforms but may not be compatible with "PDW" stocks that overlap the takedown pin holes.
