The AR-15 upper receivers listed here omit the “auto sear” cut, making them semi-automatic only, which is required for some countries such as Germany. Standard AR-15 components, including AR-15 or M16 bolt carriers will function fine with these upper receivers. Uppers are machined with M4 feedramps, mil-spec picatinny rails and finished with a matte black hard anodized finish.
