This neck turning attachment is specifically designed for use with Forster Case Trimmers to create concentric and uniform necks on .284 caliber, 7mm bullets.
The attachment includes a carbide cutter, a hand fed cam for speed control, and a mechanical stop for length control, but requires separate outside neck turning pilots.
It is not compatible with Forster Hand Held Outside Neck Turning Tools, and the pilots for the Case Trimmer do not fit this neck turning tool.
