The 90° muzzle facing cutter, made of hardened steel, is designed to square a muzzle after shortening or to repair damage.
It comes with a handle, one brass pilot for .38-40 caliber, and is packaged in a polypropylene box, with additional pilots available for various calibers.
The cutter and handle are manufactured by BROWNELLS, with the cutter available in different sizes and the aluminum handle measuring 3½" long.
